In the School’s approach to responsibility, respect and citizenship there are themed weekly assemblies in the Pre Prep.  There are weekly achievement assemblies on Friday afternoon when Helping Hand awards are presented, names are read from the Star Book of children who have performed acts of kindness, and Blue Certificates are given out for academic achievement.

In the Prep, Peer Listeneing has been introduced where a selection of Sixth Formers have regular training sessions with Lucy Rowan Robinson and Alex Brunt in putting their 'listening' skills into practice. Peer Listeners are available for all children to talk to at any time.
