Leavers’ Gift Pledge Form

As part of our Year 8 Leavers’ tradition, families are invited to contribute towards a collective gift that leaves a meaningful legacy for the school. This year, donations will support the enhancement of our much‑loved astroturf area — a space enjoyed daily by both boys and girls and highly visible to visiting teams and parents. We hope to fund a new, high‑quality dugout structure, branded with the Orwell Park logo and featuring the names of contributing pupils. The design can be scaled depending on the total raised, ensuring that every donation directly contributes to a lasting improvement for current and future pupils.

You can boost your donation at no extra cost through Gift Aid. Gift Aid allows us to claim back tax from HMRC, adding an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, which can be reclaimed by the charity from the tax you have paid in the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer. Please tick the box on the form to let us know your donation is eligible.
